Let’s talk numbers.

Men are two times more likely to start a business than women.

I grew up in a small farm town in the 90s being told to be small. Fat free. Obedient. Men run the business, women do the books. So I stayed quiet and hungry.

In the corporate world, I spent years thinking the men in decision-making rooms were there because they were the best. When I finally got into those rooms, I realized most of them were there for one reason—they were men.

That's when I had a choice: keep pouring my energy into companies that make rich men richer under the guise of "changing the world," or use my 15 years of experience in operations and team management to actually change the world...by helping women founders succeed. Because when women succeed, their families and communities thrive.

My last name, Esser, means "eater" in German. As a girl, this mortified me. As a woman, I'm reclaiming it as my philosophy. It's Esserly. Working Esserly means you get to do more of what feeds your soul.

I'll handle the backend operations and messy details so you can stop nibbling on scraps and feast on what you love. It's time to reclaim your time, your clarity, and your joy.
